Energy Management
Buildings use 69% of the electricity produced in the U.S. and represent a key opportunity for energy savings. Fortunately, today's off-the-shelf technologies can make existing buildings 3 to 4 times more resource-efficient and new buildings 10 times more resource-efficient.
| Feature | Incremental Cost | Savings | Payback Period1 |
| Daylighting | $4,900 | $1,560 | 3.14 years |
| Energy Efficient Lighting | $1,400 | $860 | 1.63 years |
| Energy Efficient HVAC | $3,880 | $739 | 5.25 |
Idaho Power Easy Upgrades Incentive Program. A number of companies have reaped significant economic benefits by employing innovative electrical solutions like these. As a participant in the Idaho Power Easy Upgrades Incentive Program, Enterprise Electric is qualified to install and certify energy saving solutions that can provide you with incentives totaling thousands of dollars. This reduces your initial cost while delivering long-term savings:
- The YMCA of Twin Falls received an incentive payment of $6,150 to install new pulse start metal halide lights. The Easy Upgrades incentive funded 40% of the initial cost of the lights and the savings from the highly-efficient lights paid for remaining cost in less than one year.
- Performance Chevrolet of Mountain Home earned a $2,250 incentive to help pay for new, high output T5 fluorescent lights that reduced lighting costs by $1,200 a year, providing a return of over 50 percent each year.
Enterprise Electric has extensive experience in delivering green solutions that help our industrial and commercial customers reduce costs, maximize efficiency and minimize their footprint. We're trained on Clipsal Integrated Systems and have expertise in designing, installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining high-efficiency/clean power solutions.
We offer a strong portfolio of energy monitoring and energy controls that offer significant return-on-investment. Specific areas of focus include:
- High-efficiency lighting and lighting controls
- Motor controls
- Variable frequency drives
- Photocell- and motion-activated lighting retrofits and more
